Two. General data processing

I only process personal data to the extent that this is intended to provide a functional Online games (Darts Manager) and the content and services offered therein are required. Personal data is all information that is identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, e-mail address, IP address).

In the context of the Darts Manager, the following data can be processed in particular:

  • Master data (e.g. username, e-mail address)
  • Access data (e.g. password hash, login time points)
  • Game-related data (e.g. matches, training entries, progress, statistics)
  • Communication data (e.g. messages to support)
  • Contract and settlement data (e.g. credits, PayPal transactions)
  • Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, access times)

  • To create and manage your user account,
  • to provide and continuously improve the online game,
  • To save your game levels, ranking lists and statistics,
  • To process payment transactions (e.g. purchases of credits),

The host provides infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, Database services, security services and technical maintenance services available. Processing is carried out on the basis of a contract for order processing (AV) under Art. 28 GDPR.

Five. Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us (IP address, browser, time, referrer).

This data is not combined with other data sources. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on my legitimate interest in the technical stability and security of the website.

6. Registration and user account

Registration is required for the active use of the Darts Manager. As part of the registration at least one user name, an e-mail address and a password (stored as a hash) are collected.

Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (the implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of the contract).

7. Payment processing with PayPal

If you purchase paid services (e.g. credits) in the Darts Manager, the Payment processing via the service provider:

8. Cookies

This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies. These are mandatory for operation (e.g. login status, shopping cart/Credits, security).

9. Advertising and affiliate programs (Adcell)

We take the partner program of Adcell (Firstlead GmbH, Rosenfelder Str. 15-16, 10315 Berlin) Advertising ads (banners) are included on our pages.

To display these advertising means, your browser must connect to the servers of Adcell. Adcell receives the information that your IP address called our website. This data processing is carried out to deliver the advertising material and to finance our free offer.

Legal basis: The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the economic recovery and financing of our online offer according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

10. Legal basis of processing (summary)

  • Contract fulfillment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR): Providing the game, accounts, purchases.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR): Security, log files, technically necessary cookies, advertising financing.

11. Disclosure of data to third parties

A transfer is made only if:

  • this is necessary for contract processing (e.g. payment provider, hoster),
  • we use services for financing (advertising partners) (see point 9),
  • a legal obligation.

12. Duration of storage

Personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of processing and no statutory retention periods. Your game account will remain until you request its deletion.

13. Rights of the persons concerned

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing at any time, Data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Please contact the e-mail address mentioned above.

14. Profile deletion

You can use your player profile independently at any time via the area ‘Settings’ in the game. Your personal data will be irrevocably removed if there are no statutory retention obligations.

15. Appeal

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular, with the Regional Commissioner for Data Protection Sachsen-Anhalt.

16. Data security

This page uses SSL or TLS encryption. Confidential data (login, payment) are transmitted encrypted and are not readable for third parties.

17. Currentity
