General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These Allgeman Geschäftsbedingungen (nachfolgend „AGB“) gelten für die Nutzung des Online-Games „Darts Manager“ (nachfolgend „Game“), betrieben of Marco Rarrasch (nachfolgend „Betreiber“). With der Registration akzeptiert der Nutzer diese AGB.

Two. Performance description and registration

Der Betreiber stellt a Online-Plattform zur Verfügung, on der Nutzer ein virtuelles Darts-Team managen können. The Grandnutzung ist kostenlos (Free-to-Play). Für die Nutzung ist a Registration unter Angabe wahrheitsgemäßer Daten erforderlich.

Note on financing: To be able to offer the game for free in the basic version, advertisements (banners) of partners are shown in the game. The user accepts this form of financing as part of the free provision.

3. Payable benefits (Credits & Premium)

The user has the possibility to purchase additional services for a fee. Prices are clearly displayed before the purchase is completed.

3.1 Virtual currency (Credits)

• Purpose: Credits are a virtual currency that can be exchanged in the game for immediate benefits or promotions.
• Consumption: Credits used once are considered irrevocably used (consumables). A refund for credits used is excluded.
• No money value: Credits have no real value and cannot be exchanged in euro or other currencies.
• Lost: The right to use the credits expires with the deletion of the account.

3.2 Premium membership (Premium)

• By acquiring “premium”, the user receives access to additional functions for a defined period of time.
• No subscription: The premium membership ends automatically after the end of the booked time. Cancellation is not required.

4. Voluntary support (‘spends’)

Users have the opportunity to support the operator through voluntary payments.

• Legal arrangement: These payments are donations without compensation. They serve to support the project (server costs, further development).
• No donation certificate: Since the operator is not a non-profit association no tax deductible donation certificates to be issued.
• Freewill: Payment is made without legal entitlement to a counterfeit, a certain rank or benefits in the game.

Five. Payment terms

Payment is made via the offered payment service providers (e.g. PayPal). The credits/premium are released immediately after a successful transaction.

6. Rules and Fairness

The user agrees to:

• do not use mechanisms, bots or scripts (Cheating prohibition).
• do not use bugs or bugs in the game to your own advantage.
• do not spread offensive or illegal content.
• only one account per person.

In case of violations, the operator is entitled to block the account.

7. Right of withdrawal

Verbrauchern steht for entgeltlichen Verträgen ein gesetzliches Right of withdrawal zu. Details hierzu finden sich in der gesonderten Revocation.

Special note: The right of withdrawal for the purchase of credits and premium expires prematurely if the user expressly agrees that the service is delivered immediately before the conclusion of the purchase and at the same time confirms that he loses his right of withdrawal.

8. Liability and availability

Der Betreiber haftet unbeschränkt für Vorsatz and grobe Fahrlässigkeit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haftet der Betreiber nur for Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten. Es wird ka 100%ige Serveravailablekeit garantiert.

9. Balancing and Changes

The operator reserves the right to change game mechanics (Balancing). Such changes do not justify claims for reimbursement.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If a determination is ineffective, the remainder remains effective.
